The staff were lazy and would not want to open the gym for me even though it was opening hours. They didnt offer coffe besides exactly 4pm. They really couldnt care less about my experience and wanted to argue with me when I asked for help to get into the gym. The safety was bad in terms of an emergency, rooms had no Windows.

Nothing Horrible location, rude staff in the morning, noisy hallways, overcharged for paying with credit card by 20% of room rate and I wasnt notified, cockroaches in the hallways, it was a horrible unsafe area, and terrible experience

The room was very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. The location required a taxi to access the city. Not a great neighborhood. Fitness center wasn’t operating.

The bathroom only! They are not foreign friendly - they talk to you just as you are a local, or you know to speak the spanish dialect of them or then good luck to you. The wrong information provided like storing luggage - they dont do it and even stay a bit mad when we asked. Very bad windows, not being able to sleep because of all the cars noise....it really seems that the cars are inside of the room! The room had mold on the ceiling and on the morning had a little water lake by the window! Sorry, definitely expect more of 4 star hotel!!

Room has a very nice bathroom, as I didnt feel comfortable in this area I just recommend to go there for sleeping and not staying any longer than a day in Guayquil - therefore for a "transfer" hotel it is perfectly.
