The location. There’s nothing to do it is very local and not on a tourist area.

The location is great, and the staff were amazing! So incredibly helpful and nice. The facilities are run down, and not very nice for the caliber of hotel that it should be.

place very good in the city, lovely views. Very old fashion, door have 5 cm of clear from the ground. I have to be changed of room because they put me in a room near to a meeting room when they were feasting. Could no work, no sleep.

Pool, outdoor areas, work out room, buffet breakfast, helpful friendly staff. No small shop to purchase travel necessities, snacks, beverages.

This city didn't have a lot going for it, but I did pick the right hotel. Great service, all the things you need. The pool area is a little sad. Don't come for the pool, but it's nice out has one!

The hotel’s aesthetic was very pretty, organized and cleaned. The room it self was very spacious and comfortable to be in. The pillows felt flat and the bed was a bit stiff for my liking.

Staff was fantastic! Room was very clean and top-quality. Free transport to/from airport was a huge value-add that we greatly appreciated, especially when our delayed flight arrived after midnight.

Comfy spa amenities common for the first time since I’ve stayed in Oral Verde they had a coffee maker in our room! They wanted $25 per person for breakfast. That’s ridiculous on any scale in any country.
