The location is spectacular. It is in the heart of Guayaquil. A 1-minute walk from the boardwalk. Transportation to anywhere in the city easily available. The air conditioner worked very well and cooled up the room in an instant. The shower in my room did not have hot water. It did not even have a showerhead. It was just a pipe coming out from the wall. I complained to the front desk, they told me all the rooms are the same. Why a hotel would spend money on keeping an elevator working but not hot showers, I do not understand. The room had a window. But the window opened to a very narrow air shaft facing the window of another room. Natural light was absent. The ceiling light had to stay on at all times to avoid complete darkness. Besides that, the other room's widow was so short that I could listen to the couple staying there having sex and understanding the conversation in detail. I guess that would have been a plus if I was a pervert.

Nothing Nothing. No hot water. Smells. Sheets not clean. Noise. Paid for 5 days. Made it only 3 and left.

Did not like very much. Alot vendor in frome of the hotel, you can't even walk in. Very bad. The room is old fation, no hot water no refrigerater and the ac very old, old fation, the elevator only work up to the 4fl them use walk up 10 steps to get to the 5 fl, very bad.
