Friendly and nice staff 100% clean room Balcony Parking inside the garden. Nice breakfast. The drain water lines coming from the 1st flor are very loud in the room at the ground floor. We woke up every time when somebody used a toilet at the night. That should be fixes or this room should not be used for sleeping. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Lovely hotel in a stunning little village. Staff were friendly and had nice breakfast. Room was spacious and comfy beds. Could have done with more pillows but that's really the only negative.

There was a swift check-in process and the hotel did a great job in meeting our request for a cot for our 10 month old. Our room was large and clean and had good views from the balcony. There was a reasonable variety for breakfast and after an ironing board was requested it was promptly brought to the room. If you're staying in Gumpoldskirchen for a couple of nights for a wedding or other reasons we would highly recommend this hotel. N/A

Staff were all very friendly and helpful during the build up and during our actual stay. A baby bed, the only minor thing… think the ones the hotel had were in use but that’s the only minor thing. They did tell us in advance so it certainly was not a suprise to us when we arrived and we found an alternative solution in advance.

Housekeeping did a marvelous job prepping an extra sofa bed, as well as making sure the entire room was pristine. When we arrived, the air conditioning thankfully had been turned on prior (it was a hot day) to make sure we have a pleasant sleep. Thank you!!! Things like these dont go unnoticed. Elli (serving breakfast and in charge of front desk) was fantastic. She made wonderful eggs and took care of everything in the morning.
