Just in 2025 I have been to this hotel for the third time and each time with other friends who were very satisfied. I think no further comments are necessary. Nothing to complain!

We came quite late at night and the restaurant had already closed, but since there weren't any other restaurants around the hotel made an exception and we got some food, which was wonderful. The food was delicious and we were so grateful. The restaurant offers greek food. There was also a greek new year's party in the hotel the same night but we were too exhausted to take part in it. We watched the fireworks through the balcony window. Breakfast was delicious. The house is beautiful. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The staff speaks limited English, but good German and of course Greek. The location is very far from Vienna city center. We were traveling on the New Years Eve and the whole city was full booked. This was our only choice with the budget we had. The train ride to the city takes about an hour. The ticket is about 4 euros.

1. Big room. 2. Warm room and hot water in the shower. 3. Good beds. 4. Big parking spaces. 5. Good price close to Vienna. 1. I would place more signs where is reception, where breakfast. There are small signs and they we invisible for me in the beginning. 2. It seems to be a family buisness and things are not sharp on time as it is written (unless it was coinsidence due to New Year days).

Good hotel for a couple of nights. Comfy beds (although 2 singles put together) and everything was clean. The breakfast was very good. It has plenty of parking. The bathroom smelled like cigarette sometimes. The shower doors need some maintenance.

We have spent time here before and found it very pleasant then. Not so much now. Our room was heavily infested with BED BUGS! We could not sleep because they kept crawling up all night. We are full of bites... Breakfast was also a huge let down: most of the very few bakery products that were available were dry and hard. Ham was literally spoilt and smelly, cherry tomatoes were spoiling. Scrambled egg was cold and oily. We left the hotel disgusted, femished and angry.

There are a lot of bed bugs on the bed, and I got a lot of bites. And there is no staff in the hotel after 9pm, so you can't change rooms.

Parking Fleas, dirt, breakfast(8-10) 9:00 - there was nothing to eat

We arrived and found bed bugs. I had rented the room for a single night to have for my son's wedding. This put us in a huge panic for a place to get ready and be on time.
