Dirty and horrible staff. The staff are so incompetent and lazy, at least at reception. They don't know anything, they don't know how to pay by card, they don't know where the metro is and how to use it, they wanted to charge me extra money for breakfast, even though it was included in the price, and they couldn't figure it out. It says that breakfast starts at seven in the morning, but in fact not before eight. The hotel is filthy. There are stains, hair, dirt everywhere.

Raj at the front office was very helpful, and Rahul(Akki) was very sweet. The room on the first floor, city facing was very noisy and their cable channels were not recharged and not working

Location is very good. Food and service are exceptional. Rahul(Akki), one of their staff members, is very polite and good. Only one feedback about their television, it kept making weird noise whenever it was switched on
