Nothing Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the lady in charge of this property. I had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for a 2 BHK at ₹2500, but on arrival the staff falsely claimed that the booking was not showing in their system and made us wait for nearly 38 minutes. Later, I discovered internal WhatsApp chats between the receptionist and the owner clearly showing that the booking was confirmed, but they were intentionally refusing the room because the price was lower. Despite this, we were denied check-in unless we paid ₹3500 instead of the confirmed ₹2500. This was a clear attempt to overcharge and harass guests. Very unprofessional and dishonest behaviour. I strongly do not recommend this property.

First, we made an online booking, and after the booking was confirmed, we went there. When we arrived, they showed us the room but then said there was no booking under my name — someone else had already taken the room. So, I will never prefer to stay at Lime Tree again, and I won’t recommend it to my friends or family. It was a very bad experience.

Poor maintenance. The broken fittings like the shower never attended in spite of my follow up.

The room smelled horrible, was full of dirt and dust, and completely unhygienic. The AC was dead, and they did nothing about it. They shut down the TV at night like it’s some school hostel, and the Wi-Fi was just for show – didn’t work at all. And to top it all off, the staff was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. They behaved like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. If you value your health, time, or money – STAY AWAY from this place. Absolutely pathetic. Worst stay ever – total nightmare! Room size. Amenities. Pet stay . Servants seem to be lacking in hygiene. The kitchen is very unclean from where food comes to be served. They are okay in room cleaning etc. But their personal hygiene would be appreciated. Since we pay for our stay every small detail matters.

I liked the overall stay. Especially considering my pet was with me. The inputs given last time were taken into account and the improvements made are appreciated.

I recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several service-related issues. Although the room and location were satisfactory, the service was quite disappointing. Despite receiving confirmation that check-in was available from 12 PM, I was informed upon arrival that the actual check-in time was 2 PM and no rooms were ready. I had clearly communicated my arrival time in advance and requested an upper-floor room, but after an hour of waiting, I was offered a ground-floor room, which I declined. After further waiting, I was finally given a room upstairs, but it was far from ideal. The room had a connecting door to another unit, the air conditioning was ineffective, the TV did not work, and the fan was extremely slow. The following morning, I contacted the reception around 9:30 AM to request the breakfast included in my booking. Despite multiple follow-ups, breakfast was not delivered for over an hour. I eventually had to go down to the reception myself, where I was again asked to wait. I was informed by a staff member that breakfast was already prepared and kept upstairs, yet it still took another 30–40 minutes before it was actually provided. This experience was quite frustrating and did not reflect the level of service expected from a listed property on Booking.com.
