The cleanliness is great ! Location is excellent ! The hotel was unable to find out my booking and they took more than 5 minutes to find out whether I had a booking or not, even if I showed them the booking confirmation received from Booking.com

The room was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, with just the right amount of dishes and enjoyed the pink guava. Location is excellent right opposite DLF properties and view of the metro. Will definitely like to stay again in future. Excellent marks for Vishal at front desk.

Dirty, under the bed it was not cleaned for weeks if not months. I am allergic to dust. The pictures showed on the website it nowhere close to what’s reality. We had to ask for upgraded rooms (positive that we were not charged extra) Breakfast choices and food was cold. Could do better
