My 81 year old mother and 83 year old father stayed here. They found the room large and comfortable and the location excellent, the stay was fair value, but most of all they enjoyed the breakfast. While their breakfast was included, they liked it so much that they even invited friends who live in the area as paid guests to join them for breakfast on several days as it was priced very reasonably for the large variety and good quality, so they were very popular among their friends ?

its clean and perfect to stay and food was amazing Our stay was fantastic, and a big part of that credit goes to Ms. Khushi Kataria. She went above and beyond to assist us with every request and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. The hotel is lucky to have such a committed staff member. Would definitely visit again!

Would like to highlight an issue regarding the way feedback is requested. A single, polite mention at checkout is perfectly fine, but repeated requests create unnecessary pressure. At one point, Shivani even asked if I could hand over my phone so she could guide me to the review page. I understand that staff may be under pressure from management to collect feedback, but this should not result in guests feeling uncomfortable or pressured during checkout.

It had lots of options according to me , cuz I’m not a big eater. From the day we checked in. Technically I stayed there for 4 days. The 3 days were paid by the grooms family which was booked thru booking. Com . The day which was Jan 23 rd first we were told that the room wasn’t paid , which was wrong and they pre authorized my credit card. 2) we didn’t use their car service they tried to put a charge of INR 3500+ tax in one of the rooms, the day we we checked in the refrigerator in both the rooms weren’t working, after calling few times as we had medication which was supposed to be refrigerated was left out for 6 hrs . The 3 rd day we asked for house keeping which was not taken care of. The 3 days were paid by the grooms family and 1 day by myself cuz I had no choice as international travelers . The last day I couldn’t keep the medication out so they offered me they can keep downstairs which I was ok with it but just to relieve my medication took them 45 minutes they couldn’t find first . I stayed here 2 yrs ago and never had any issues but this time I had such an awful experience. Not at all happy with the stay and the way it was taken care. I would like you to refund the stay as it wasn’t comfortable stay as I thought.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton — the property was lovely and the staff, especially Shivani and Aniket, were exceptionally helpful and courteous.

We had issues with vegetarian food orders... asked for no spicy but still got it spicy.... the chef and manager apologized and made sure we got what we wanted the next day ...they comped one night dinner...it made up for the first night ..the last night vegetarian dinner was terrible...no taste /boiled ... I paid 2100 rupees for a dinner that was tasteless and very skimpy portions ... the portions should be better for that price.... other 5 star hotels I stayed in ... portions were worth it in comparison Breakfast was good... .had more choices on Indian dishes...my suggestion is the Indian food shouldn't be that spicy ..not everyone likes spicy...more variety in other items would be appreciated ... breakfast staff were excellent.. doing their best all the time.. kudos to them Bathroom facilities need more attention... shower floor is a bit grimmy.... The hallway didn't have AC...it had a funny smell... carpets looked dingey....needed to be replaced... otherwise it was good...i will reconsider staying there if the food is tasty

The breakfast was great. Lots of selection. Driver Navid was great and pleasant. The warm chocolate chip cookie made it felt like I was at home!
