Stunning lobby, spacious rooms. The rooms have a charm, they’ll draw you in and make you feel cared for. More specifically, the hotel staff was kind enough to help us out with decorations to account for a birthday celebration. Made our time special there. The breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best you can find, especially the Viennoiserie. The view from your room might vary, some face ongoing construction. Some noise from construction can seep into your room, for us it was manageable.

I liked the new ness of the property . The suite room was big , cosy and had a very nice view . I requested to get some plants in my room which was given immeditaely . I would like to mention specially about Prerna who made every effort to make sure that my stay was comfortable ...from giving extra vouchers for spa to late check outs to arranging the required aesthetics in the room she took care of everything with her charming smile . I will definitely return back and also recommend friends A study table in the room would be better as I was mainly travelling for work purpose

Incredible Comfort and hospitality as you step through the doors! The staff greeted us calmly despite rush hours of a long weekend and patiently tended to our concerns due to some issue with bookings. It’s rare to see this level of hospitality nowadays. The swimming/sauna facilities deserve a special mention - so clean and well thought through interiors! No in-house entertainment for those traveling with family or kids. Given the chaotic digital lifestyles now, it’s good to cut off and have options like board games, indoor sports or things like old school cards/carton rooms. Just something to think about as you look to scale in a high demand market.

Breakfast was excellent . On the club package , drinks and snacks in the bar were such a pleasure. service in the bar was superb and the snacks were delicious. I had to track a waiter down every day to ask for coffee . At most hotels it is automatically offered as one sits down. friends got macaroons in their rooms when they arrived . idid not . The mini bar was only filled after I had checked in which was strange and disturbed my rest. it should be done before.
