2. Excellent and cooperative staff 3. Tarun even got me medicine at 4am using Blink It. 4. Nice location and market nearby. 5. Lots of choices for breakfast 1. Rooms are a little smaller. Stayed at Holiday Inns express at US and Ukraine, but the rooms are smaller

One of the hotel staff entered our room without permission, using the master key. Me and my wife were sleeping. This is a blatant violation of privacy and security, and we find this behaviour unacceptable. When we complained to the supervisor, they mentioned that their protocol is to open the door with a master key after making 3 knocks and waiting for 20 seconds after each (that’s a 60 second window for a guests to get up and interrupt the entry).

Location and ease of booking, checkin and check out Breakfast was like a fight for a seat. Long wait at the lobby/restaurant

Room was too small, basic amenities not at all properly ; breakfast in the morning is also a hurdle being too busy due to small area and lower managment

Entrance from the main road into Holiday inn express needs an electric light Sign board as one may miss the left turn.

No one helped us with the luggage on arrival.. while checking in I was compelled to pay the full day's charge in advance as I was holding a Debit Card! Room too small relative to price

Staff is fine. Rooms are very small. Not worth spending that much for such smalls rooms. According to the prices rooms are very small. Competition offers much more better options in such range.

No toiletries in room , towel was shabby , small toilet and bath that too separate and top of that washbasin in the room itself.. very poorly services No shaving kit and other items.. very limited in room dining services
