The service by Simran , was excellent. Shruti was pleasant too. Deepanshu made some amazing virgin drinks!Breakfast is a huge spread and the service at breakfast despite managing huge volumes is very good!

Shruti was excellent and extremely diligent with her work. It is always a pleasure to see her when I check-in. The room could be cleaner. The bathroom is dated and needs urgent upgrade.

The room was smelling awful....despite the staff spraying freshener. We had landed after a long international flight but couldn't sleep all night due to the damp smell. Breakfast was pathetic....all cold, masala dosa tasted ugh..... definitely will not go there next time

It’s really not worth the money. I don’t even know why would people stay there in rooms are so tiny in a weird shapes and customer support is also not very good considering what you pay for.

Great location. Excellent staff especially Shruti who is always there to help you. The room could be cleaner.

The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice. The bathroom stinks for some reason. Maybe because the recycled water is being used in the flush. Hence the recycling plant needs to be looked into. Also it would have been good to have an electric iron in the room.

I have stayed at Hilton, Radisson and Mariott properties in India, Europe and US. This was my first stay at Ibis property and i must say i never felt i was at a 4-star property since everything about this property was 5 star. It is a pet friendly property so we were able to bring our Toy poodle with us. Each area in hotel and each room is very well designed and everything is spic and span. We got two interconnected rooms for our family. Rooms are very well maintained and you cannot find anything wrong that can give you feeling of a 4 star property. Room and Bathrooms are wee-bit small but still good enough and comfortable. Corridors are very well scented with a mesmerizing fragrance. I think the best part about this hotel is their staff which is very young and enthusiastic. They want to go above and beyond to make sure customer is happy. Special thanks to Nikhil who served us lunch with a smile during in-room dining. During breakfast time, Jatin and Balram made sure you get what you need while at dinner time we have this supercool Gentleman named Sanjeev who makes sure you are comfortable. Most importantly the food here is amazing and hence a big thumbs up to their Chefs. We tried breakfast, we did in-room dining as well as had dinner at dinner area. Everything we tried was super tasty so hats off to their Chefs who prepare such super tasty food. I would highly recommend this property. Pet charges were not disclosed at the time of booking through booking.com

Location and the staff The room is smaller than a train compartment. It is not meant for 2 occupants. The breakfast is very limited. Also this rule of not earning Accor points if we do not book directly with them. Even a Marriot accepts booking thru any platform. Don’t think Acor is anywhere as big as Bonvoy to be so fixed about this. This membership is a waste and just a show off.

The staff of the reception and also the restaurant they are very helpful and kind i like there attitude And very polite especially in the restaurant the waiter (Rishabh) very kind and do the best always thanks for his hospitality and wish hime the best luck. The prices a little high i think so and the rooms are very small so it’s little make person feel not too comfortable.
