The breakfast was ok very simple and bit boring The staff communication was poor. I had booked a room with breakfast, but right in front of the restaurant, the waiters kept asking me to pay in cash, which made me feel humiliated. I called the manager, but he still refused to acknowledge that the booking did not include breakfast. As a gesture, he offered to provide me with complimentary breakfast since I had booked an Executive Suite. The management of Park PLAZA was typical of chain hotels, providing very limited and AI-like responses to every question without any emotions.

There’s not that much option for breakfast. They did not provide me complimentary breakfast and charge me for one night room bill as I checked out 2 days before the scheduled check out date due to medical reasons.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very nice. The rooms provide all amenities that one might need and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent! It even has a tea bar where you can order the tea of your choice. It was advertised as a 5-star hotel but it was not really 5 stars. It's more like 4 stars. It needs some renovation work. We did not like the food for dinner in the restaurant.
