The tarrif of the room and the way they treat us. In this tarrif they should provide us some complimentary breakfast or one meal atleast. They also not provided us all amenities as example dental kit, as it is a small thing but they should provide this small small things. This is my personal recommendation please go through this matter and if possible please call me.

Property was fine. The room was far from the events spaces and not noisy. There is a major lack of security. The front office issued an access card for my room to someone I know to me without even verifying the identify of the person asking for the card. We had a stranger enter our room around midnight while my baby and baby were sleeping inside. Thankfully no harm done but a massive breach of security from Palms.

My room was over gym so 6 am I could hear noise as people were using gym equipment

The rooms could have been cleaned better, and hand towels should be kept.

Rooms are comfortable and the pool and surrounding ambiance are great. No flexibility in check-in/check-out time. The fitness center was always jam packed with club members.

Call from Ms Khushbu for asking my arrival speed warm welcome before arriving. All was good. No elevator for first floor.

Requested for Ice in the room at least 5 times. Went down to reception too to as for ice. Still no one sent ice up to the room.

The location and property is good and well maintained. It has space for a kids play zone which is totally a plus point The service either room service or dinin service are quite slow. Maybe because of less staff available. They are polite.
