Breakfast was OK, they kept running out of stuff, one day it took the 30 minutes to get the parathas replenishEd. My wife observed a cockroach o n the bread loaf.......but they still did not make arrangements to cover it. The coffee bar in the room was only replenished after you requested them. The room was not clean.....the corners were filthy, the walls are dirty.

The breakfast area was quite nice and the breakfast itself wasn’t too bad. We entered the hotel to find that it looks old and dingy compared to the photos. Then the day time receptionist is rude as hell. This guy is slow on check in and is super rude. Even after we told him that we didn’t feel welcomed here, do you want us to stay or would you rather leave? He gave us no answer. We felt like he wanted us to leave. So that’s what we did. We had initially booked for 3 night but changed it to only 1. Majority because this guy but also because the room itself stank abit, the bed sheets were dirty and the bed would squeak at every turn. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

This is the most amazing place! The service is unreal. Reception Manager Mr Parveen Welcome Smile & welcome drinking water professional Manager.I highly recommend cancelling all other plans you have in the future and come here
