Never cleaned room had to bring and return towels every night. Washing machine was broken. Otherwise an ideal place for what we needed

Hotel was quiet after 10. Room was comfortable.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the location worked well for my weekend trip. My only concerns were the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better, and the bathroom was quite small. With a little more attention to housekeeping, I think the stay would have been even better. I would still consider staying here again.

Only complaint was our beds were on the wall opposite the vending machines and every time a drink was purchased, we could hear the bottle falling down to the collector.

When I arrived the sheets were not clean and visibly dirty. The room smelled of dog urine. The staff moved me to another location but I ultimately decided to go elsewhere that I felt comfortable with.

Breakfast is non palatable. Thankfully, McDonald’s just across or Cracker Barrel, is a better alternative. They don’t offer complimentary bottled water, a jug in the dinning room is all there is or buy at their vending machine. Not what I was expecting from 1.8k review , it being very good. Nearby, much much newer hotels with slightly higher pay rate would’ve been is much option.

When we got into our room the toliet was clogged before we used it-went to the front desk-they handed me a plunger to unclog it!

The lights in the room kept flickering. The carpet was no good at all. The shower was not decent at all had no shampoo or conditioner in our room.

This hotel is a bit rinky dinky for the area it’s in . Rooms and carpet is not up to standard. No person at the reception desk when needed . It’s outdated and needs to be refurbished

The place was dirty. The person at the counter was not helpful and was swearing as he was the only person there and he was busy. No one at the counter throughout my stay. The carpeting is gross, dirty, and smelly.
