The hotel is new and meets a four-star standard. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room provides two sets of slippers—one for use in the room and another for the bathroom. This is something rarely seen in other hotels and is a very thoughtful detail. The hotel’s breakfast area is set in an open-space layout, which makes it feel less refined and more like a temporary dining area. The bathroom does not have a proper partition to keep water contained, so water tends to splash outside during showers, and there was no bath mat provided.

This is an upmarket hotel - very close to a local square and lots of restaurants. They stored our luggage free of charge while we did the Ha Giang loop for 4 days and also kept medicine for us in a fridge while we were away. Their laundry service is very good. Loan went out of her way to help us, which we really appreciated. They have a huge underground garage, which was a big help since we had to park our motorbikes overnight. There was no bar service at the pool, and I had to go and look for pool towels in the laundry (which is on the same floor)

Clean. Polite staff. Good location to start the Ha Giang Loop Breakfast was seriously grim. By far the worst I've had in Vietnam. Everywhere else we've stayed including rural areas and the loop itself provided pretty good breakfasts but this was awful. Pastries that were rock solid. Hardly any choice. I don't think it's acceptable for the price we paid. Lots of places we stayed were half the price of this place and did a much better job. It's the only place that I found the breakfast inedible

Location and a big room with a great view No hot water initially which was fixed. No atmosphere in the restaurant Swimming pool area was having construction work completed Large communications tower beside the hotel.

A wonderfully comfortable way to spend a night before or after riding the loop!

Everything, our room overlooked either the city/river with two lounge chairs and view window, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great with amenities. Nothing. Only area we could comment was the pool/bar lounging area was being renovated so wasn’t particularly inviting.
