They were exceptional when it came to assisting with recommendations and knowing the laws when is came to doing the Ha Giang Loop. Great place and people.

The bathrooms were not very good

All staff and toủ guides were so friendly. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Ha Giang ^^!

This has easily been the best hostel we stayed in Vietnam, it was super clean, Breakfast was also great. Beds, Rooms, and showers were all clean and well designed. Would definitely recommend!

The value for price is next level! You get luxurious breakfast for free, they organize all your trips for you And on top of that it’s the best private dorm! ? we stayed couple more nights

Great home point for starting the Ha Giang loop. Simple and tasty breakfast. Poor WiFi in the rooms

We stayed in the dorms and it was very spacious. I liked that there was blinds on each of the booths for privacy! The beds were also very comfortable. Great value for money, as it was for myself and my boyfriend for only £4! The bathrooms were dated, however in the morning I saw the cleaners thoroughly clean it.

The bed was super comfy and the room was chic and modern and had a balcony which is wonderful. Free breakfast was a nice touch too. The location is nice and quiet. Staff were a bit meh, weren’t very welcoming and just got straight to the point without any smile or even eye contact. Also, there was a power cut in the morning which I know isn’t their fault but that unfortunately made the stay a bit worse as it’s 30 degrees+ without any air con :(

Hong Hao Hostel and Motorbikes is great! We had an excellent motorbike tour around the Ha Giang Loop and two comfy nights stay at the hostel before and after. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was very good, was very busy at 8am but still food was abundant and enough for everyone in the room. It was nice to have a big elevator to get to the room The room was not clean, the floor was wet, and there was no hot water in the shower (which was quite inconvenient after a cold and rainy day). The staff was not very friendly and seemed stressed. I wanted to rent a motorbike from the hostel to do the loop on my own (not with the tour), but they didn’t help us or provide any information. Additionally, the motorbike they gave us was not in good condition (not like all the ones the easy riders were using).

They have motorbikes for rent with different styles Maybe because its focus is on westerners so Vietnamese will feel unwelcomed here!

Nice room with a comfortable bed, we only stayed briefly for to do the loop but can’t complain with the room especially for such a cheap price. We found the breakfast wasn’t great

Perfect one night stay before the loop in Ha Giang. Spacious room and nice area downstairs to work on your laptop or eat some food. The toilet was a bit broken and I had to put my hand in the dirty toilet tank to flush the toilet.

Biggest and comfiest bed ever in a hostel! Great value and very helpful staff. Bathroom and shower is very dirty and moldy, and it’s also mixed bathroom kinda crazy.
