Tung handles all your requests. We did the loop and it was great. The Motorbike was a bit more expensive than advertised, but it was almost new and really great, so no complaints.

The staff was super nice. We arrived very late with the bus and had to wake up the receptionist. He did the check in smoothly so we could go to the room. The room is very basic, and the lightning is horrible. When we arrived, the windows were open, so there were many mosquitos in the room and it was difficult to sleep. We were super tired so we could not kill all the mosquitos, so we had some mosquito bites in the morning.

Friendly and very helpful owners! Organized the loop and a bus to Ninh Binh for a very good price. Rooms could be a litte more advanced, e.g. a bedside lamp or a trash bin.

Great place to start the loop. Staff with lots of good info on the loop, easy to rent motorbikes. Our guide also worked at the property, and we really liked him. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Happy Nothing.

The only thing is that you can hear the neighbors in one side of the rooms and they snore and they have a kid that sleeps till 12 hahahha but if you are in the other side it’s fine just make sure you are in the correct room

We arrived early and they let us go to the room without telling us that there will be a charge for that. Nobody speak English, it seems that the toilets were never been cleaned, even rooms

Very helpful staff. Very cheap. They also rent good quality bikes and help you organize every aspect of your trip around the loop. Family business. Sound people, and we booked last minute (on the bus to Ha Giang). We checked in at 2:00am and the guy woke up to check us in. No hassle. Nothing.

We needed a last minute spot to stay in town for the night, and this did the trick. Staff were very friendly and helped us book a bus to Sa Pa, and the free breakfast was really good. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been and the room itself was underwhelming compared to the photos.

Great central location and great value for the money! Surprisingly a very clean facility! The bed was very hard.

stayed a night here before our Motorbike loop of Ha Giang and the room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room is as pictured and great value for money. The glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is almost see through - something to consider if travelling with friends :)
