Secured carpark, continental breakfast, excellent shower, housekeeping everyday , clean floorboards , smart tv, wifi, No local calls from room phone. King bed probably meant for 2 : was really made of 2 mattresses so I had a slight depression if I slept in the middle of the bed

This is a wonderful hotel, everything about it is terrific. The location is easy to find and very handy for public transport. The reception staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable about public transport options. The room was very nicely appointed and very clean. On site parking was easily accessible and plentiful. I liked that the excellent coffee is available even when the cafe was closed Breakfast was very good and the coffee terrific. There was nothing I didn't like

Exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel is clean, new and nicely presented, with a good coffee machine in the room. Reception staff were helpful, friendly and accommodated our request, which we really appreciated. The only downside is there is currently no laundry, although we were told one is coming soon. There are also no shops or train stations nearby, so having a car would be helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff; room had a microwave and kitchen sink; room was clean, bed was comfortable; close enough to RPA Hospital and had free secure parking, which is very hard to come by in Sydney The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t get room service every night I was there

Breakfast was easy to get up and go We stayed next to a couple with their baby next door it woke up early in the mornings crying.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Complimentary secure parking which was very convenient. Driveway isn’t great for lowish cars and the breakfast area is very small.

nice hotel system error lead to room assess card failed. late emergency call pickup. awaiting at hotel entrance at mid night for 30min under cold weather. no compensation for such mistake.
