Vagabond Inn Hacienda Heights

There were Prostitutes and people selling drugs in parking lot. No security. Sheets were stained. Room smelled like smoke terrible smell. Carpet looked old and had stains. Beds were not comfortable at all. AC unit is very old and dirty.

Very convenient to where we needed to go. Did find some roaches in room.

No breakfast even water. My night staff lady’s very bad behavior and rude. No Ac working and refrigerator is also not working. Finally I request to change my room. Not clean at all. Curtains is very poor condition. Very bad experience please do not provide this kind of stay place.

The rooms are old and rundown. Sheets were stained and furniture was broken and written on.

The a/c was down so the mgr immediately switched us to a room where it worked, no qualms or complaints.

There was mold around the shower tub, the bed boxspring was broken which made it very uncomfortable. There were blood stains or some type of red stains on the sheets. I have any issues in the past and have complained, but this will be the absolute last time that I’ve stayed there.

Alot of strange people in the facility Didn’t feel secure, couldn’t sleep all night

Clean room in general. Easy, central location. Friendly, flexible staff. Enough parking spaces. Stains on "clean" comforter. Baseboards in disrepair. Sink doesn't drain well. Guests too loud. Party, multiple guests and loud music far end of the property. Men "hanging out" as if waiting for someone/something to happen. Nosey guests.

Air conditioning was great, the bathroom fan was LOUD!! Bathroom moldy.

Would never stay there again place not maintained.walkways dirty, cigarettes butts everywhere blankets look dirty walls dirty metal rusty. Nothing like what’s online !
