Comfort Suites Near City of Industry - Los Angeles

Nothing against the staff or the place it self. Just keep in mind that it may be a safe haven for adventurous couples at times. Too adventurous sometimes. I'm guessing the neighboring adventurous involved an unfaithful dude. His wife showed up, caught the guy and woke up the entire section of the motel.

We got there alittle late the main automatic door to get into the hotel was closed. And we were having alittle trouble getting in using our room key we tried calling and no one answered.

Very handy to have breakfast in the morning, especially traveling with kids.

All good as usual. This is my one stop place to stay. Staff were friendly and professional. Food was well prepared and pleasant to eat. Thank you. All good.

Clean, comfortable and ideal location for getting to Universal Studios. Staff on reception were also super friendly and accommodating.

Me and my husband were just out in the area and decided to stay the night and I will say I enjoyed the comfort of the bed the bath was hot and if you leave your personals they have the basics. I liked the fact breakfast was included there were no hidden fees we got to reserve ahead of time and pay at property we chose to pay. Ash and that was fine. I think the staff was welcoming and helpful and checking was easy and smooth. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back out to the area.

I stayed here a couple of nights for work. I needed to be gone by 6:15 a.m. in the mornings. Before booking, I called twice to confirm the start of breakfast and was told it began at 6:00 a.m. Upon checking in, I was told that breakfast would not start until 6:30am. The front desk attendant during check-in was rude and not helpful.

Great time

During the day time during the week, I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She went into the back to talk to the manager. She came back and said they don't make the sofa bed and everything that is needed was supplied in the closet. This is a lie as the closet did not contain sheets, only 1 pillow, and a soaking wet blanket. She went back to the manager and came back with more excuses and blaming the evening front desk worker. The daytime front desk worker went back and forth between to the manager that refused to come out and speak to me directly. I eventually directly asked is he refusing to give me a discount for the services that I paid for and did not receive. She came back from speaking the manager and said yes. So I left after being scammed by this hotel selling a service they did not provide. Do not stay here. This was an awful experience with incomplete beds & bad management.
