Great location, easy to get around and lovely view of the ocean. Staff was fairly unwelcoming, but this was a minor concern.

The bathtub was surprisingly able to fit two people somewhat comfortably. The value was great with breakfast included in the already low price. Great location. The bathroom was very small. The toilet was to small, and you could not really be two people at the bathroom without bumping into one another.

Toyoko Inn is very central to the beach area, subway, markets, shopping and all major attractions. It has definite Japanese vibe - which is not a bad thing. Breakfast is pretty much crazy (also not a bad thing). There are a lot of excellent choices with a lot of other guests there at the same time. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. On our stay there, the beach was preparing for a Sand Castle contest on a huge scale.

the view from the room was great, there are many lockers, washing and drying machine system staff doesnt speak english, even at the reception. extremely strict about check in hours, i asked if our room was ready and they didnt even respond, the coffee is horrible, breakfast was also quite bad, the room was noisy due to the construction nearby.

One small minus is the breakfast, most guests were korean but for western guests options were limited. Adding maybe boiled eggs or even cheese would be benefitial

The location is perfect as it's just around 5 minutes walk from Haeundae beach. It is also walkable from Intercity Bus Station which made it easier for me when I went to Gyeongju. Breakfast is great! I was excited every morning to eat Korean food. lol. The huge luggage storage on the first floor is very helpful. Also, I expected the room to be so small since I've read some who says it is, but I think it is just enough especially if you are just alone.

Location was good, and room was fine The staff members at the front desk were not helpful, 5/6 staff members I interacted with didn’t care to help too much, even when I tried to pull out Google Translate bc maybe the language was the reason, they didn’t seem to put an effort and want to help. General questions and helping with luggage delivery (I know they don’t have the service but I just needed help with the website).

The lobby offered many options like pajamas and laundry and filtered water, the room had a water boiler and humidifier. Breakfast was good. The room was so small we couldn’t fully open our suitcases
