Great location, clean, comfortable

Here’s a polished version of your review: The location is excellent, with easy access to bus stations that provide direct connections to the train station. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I decided to extend my accommodation by an extra night, and the team handled everything very professionally. First, the receptionist checked whether it would be possible for me to remain in the same room without having to check out and move to another room. He later called my room and informed me that they were working on the issue and would update me the following day. The next morning, while I was having breakfast, a receptionist approached me and informed me that they had successfully arranged everything, so there would be no need to check out and check in again. I really appreciated their proactive approach. They remembered my situation and updated me as soon as they saw me, without me having to go to the reception desk and ask for an update. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of options suitable for all ages. Everything was clean and well maintained, and all staff members were always willing to help. As a lovely welcoming gesture, I even found chocolates on my bed when I arrived. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again. I needed to update the room card 2 to 3 times

Very clean and fragrant. Spacious room quiet and location was very good and parking. I expected more from the breakfast buffet. There was variety but not very appealing. On Saturday of course the breads weren’t fresh nor could you heat or toast. But overall nice breakfast

Great stay

In general - this is a lovely intimate boutique hotel situated in a beautifully renovated old Templer building (large windows, high ceiling, beautiful floor-tiles) - on a street full of restaurants ice-cream parlors and bars, and overlooked by the amazing towering Bahai gardens on the Carmel Mountain slope. The check-in process quick and efficient. The room we received was spacious - with an entire space for a sofa, desk, armchair... plus we were lucky to receive a room with a view of the Bahai gardens which are amazing during the day, and when lit up during the night. OF NOTE: We were having breakfast on Saturday Morning as the second war with Iran kicked off. The Sirens surprised everyone - but the staff remained super efficient and calm- ensuring all the guests safely reached the shelters. It is difficult to maintain the classy old look of the rooms and some of the wear is visible in the bathroom mirror, shower...

The modern amenities and the breakfast was top notch. The door to my room was a bit hard to open, but not too bad.

Our stay at the Colony Hotel in Haifa’s beautiful German Colony was truly delightful. The hotel is perfectly located, offering stunning views of the Baháʼí Gardens and providing easy access to restaurants and transportation. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the hosts were genuinely welcoming and eager to assist. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, which made our morning feel extra special. Haifa itself has such a peaceful charm, and staying here made it even more memorable for us.

Very good, nice variety. Location was exceptional.

Everything was fine There is no anything to complain.

The rooftop balcony was beautiful. The room was small but the tub was huge. Exactly what I was looking for. Its right on the street, busy street, so it was quite loud at times, like at night. But this might just be the room I was placed. And the breakfast wasn't great but that might just passover.

My husband and I went to Haifa for a Baha’i pilgrimage. The location of the hotel was ideal with great restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was varied and delicious. There is a wonderful rooftop space to relax with tea and view the city. Especially nice at night. The staff members were all so helpful and efficient. It’s a great value and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
