The location is very convenient and easy to get around. The room is clean comfortable and well maintained. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the stay. The service from the staff is excellent. I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast could have a bit more variety

The staff were exceptional. From allowing us to drink our own wine in the bar to recommending a really great seafood restaurant down the street. The property was spotlessly clean and it has a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast. Because it’s an older hotel some areas could do with a bit of an update

We loved having the opportunity to sleep in a building that was 100 years old. Really stunning design. Room was spacious. Everything worked well. Breakfast was more than amazing. Help from the reception staff was off the charts. They really saved our bacon on booking some ferry tickets out of Phu Quoc. They did a great job. All the service was incredible. We booked a very worthwhile cruise in Halong Bay too. They got us on the tour at the very last minute. Much appreciated. Nothing not to like about the hotel itself. But it was a little bit hard to find places to eat outside the hotel.

This is a stylish and beautiful hotel with kind staff, large rooms and extensive breakfast options. Location is central and safe—highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful. When you arrive you are greeted with welcome drinks (fresh spiced juice in a champagne glass) and spiced dried fruits. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom looks very new and modern. Around the corner in an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, Nam Giao, that is a must if you are staying in this area.

We didn't take up the offer but it was very much appreciated. - The appearance of the hotel from the outside could be improved. - Sometimes the breakfast items, particularly fruits, were not refilled very well.
