On the Sunday, the breakfast area was chaotic, insufficient staff, paper cups instead of proper cups, the coffee was cold , the food had run out in some serving areas and there was no one in charge trying to sort out the mess. Shortage of trained staff, the hotel is so busy it feels like a traffic junction, the pool was crowded with children and there was no life guard, the left over food at the pool area from 5 pm the previous day was not cleared at 9 am the next morning showing poor health and safety and a not bothering concern for cleanliness. Management should be more attentive and check the property more. The Young staff need better training.

The property is new, very clean, and well maintained. The facilities are modern and of high quality, making the stay comfortable overall. The room does not have openable windows, so there is limited fresh air. In addition, the breakfast menu does not change much from day to day.

The beds, linen and pillows are of great quality. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice. I checked in at 9:00am and was able to check out 24 hours later, this 24 hour stay policy is awesome. Nothing comes to mind

They have a beer garden and rooftop bar with a swimming pool. Very nice way to unwind after a long work day. There is still ongoing construction so the air is a bit dusty. They team were active in informing me on check in and even offered me a beer voucher for the inconvenience.

The beds were beyond my expectation. I haven’t had a good nights sleep like that in a long time. Great staff and facilities including a chic beer garden nestled in the back area. There is some dust in the air due to some ongoing construction.

The room, theme of the hotel, and smell of the lobby was amazing!!! The food wasn’t the best, definitely could’ve been better by adding more choices.
