Great location. Allowed early checkin. .. Mold on the water gun nozzles. Lamps do not work. Several spots are unclean. Cheaply made furniture. It's a very badly maintained room. Rude staff banged on the door and woke us up in the morning for daily cleanup.

Location was great The first room we had was filthy and stank of smoke, the replacement wasn’t much better. This hotel is in dire need of a professional refurbishment, not the botched DIY job that has been attempted.

I like the location, very convenient. Our check-in was very slow. We landed late at night and the clerk seemed unable to find our booking. We were shown to the wrong room type and the room wasn't ready. They then had to upgrade us to a bigger room. The room was a bit dated, needs updating. They use sensor lights on the corridor, very dark until you step out.

Although the hotel was very quiet because of Tet new year. Staff were really helpful. Lovely comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a room with a bath and shower at the front of the hotel. Which was good, apart from loud music from the street below. Noise from the busy street

Big comfortable bed. Friendly staff Fairly central location to markets, coffee shops etc You could hear the traffic and music around all night, not enough soundproofing. The shower also leaked everywhere.

We staid only one night on our way to cat ba. Close to center and shops. Personel very friendly, not very fluent in English but willing to help. Breakfest very simple. Generally hotel is not a 3star European standard.

This hotel is well located near the station and many shops, markets and restaurants. It is clean and well appointed. We found the water temperature in the shower a bit difficult to regulate, but not a big issue. The breakfast was good. Breakfast items could have been topped up a bit more promptly. Otherwise, all good.

Good location, within walking distance to every things. Professional front desk, excellent housekeeping and security staffs. Smell of cigarette smoke and the level of noise in the hallway. Needs better sound proofing.
