Very nice breakfast and onsen. Good value with the location and the amenities provided. Our suite was small and dirty. The futon had blood in them and they couldn't accommodate us with switching to two smaller rooms. They gave us another suite which was stinky and finally upgraded us to a bigger suite and better view. Better if they had accommodated us with two smaller rooms or upgraded us when we first encountered the issue.

This hotel is very popular with both local and international travelers, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The facilities are well maintained and of a good standard. We booked the Junior Suite with Balcony, which included a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the room. These amenities were extremely convenient, especially for a family stay and for longer trips. Our room was located on a high floor, providing excellent ventilation, plenty of natural light, and beautiful views of the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and spacious, contributing to an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was also a highlight. Guests can choose between traditional Japanese and Western-style breakfast options, both of which were of high quality and well prepared. Overall, this is a great hotel with comfortable accommodations, convenient facilities, and excellent dining options. I would gladly recommend it to other travelers. The hotel was very busy, even though we visited outside of a peak holiday period. As a result, the breakfast area was often crowded, and it was common to wait 10–15 minutes before being seated. While the breakfast itself was enjoyable, the waiting time could be inconvenient during busy mornings. The hotel also offers a convenient luggage forwarding service to other hotels and local destinations. However, we were disappointed to learn that the courier partner does not provide luggage forwarding to Tokyo Haneda Airport. Adding this option would make the service even more convenient for travelers, particularly those departing from Tokyo after their stay. Overall, these were relatively minor inconveniences and did not significantly detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Free parking. Room is large. View is so good. Nope

Great breakfast and onsen! There were lot of good sushi and many varieties of food. Breakfast buffet was abundant. The Onsen and other facilities available on site were very nice. They provided lots of good additional value for the stay. When we upgraded to a suite, the suite was small and the futon had blood stained on them. They gave us another room and that room had a bad stain. And because it's a 3rd time, they upgraded our suite to a larger one. We wanted to go back to 2 separate king rooms but they didn't accommodate us saying no such rooms were available.

Staff were courteous and very helpful. The shower was slippery and the door didn’t close properly. There was mold along the bottom of the door, etc.

We booked the junior suite with a balcony. It was very spacious and furnished for a comfortable stay, with fridge, kitchen and tableware. The unit has two single beds but also extra futons, linens and pillows if you have a family with you. We had a choice of breakfast at the western and Japanese restaurant but the food at the western restaurant had a good spread, with lots of seafood choices, that we opted to have another breakfast there on our second ( and last ) day. The staff was very pleasant and check-in was very efficient. Everything was fine.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Buffet with lots of high quality seafood and a full onsen with sauna and cold and hot pools that operates almost 24h. These were fantastic! We've got a suite and the futons in the room had dried blood in them. We asked to switch back to 2 rooms and not sleep on the floor with the futons any more and they couldn't accommodate that. They gave us another suite and that suite had a really bad smell upon entering. This was at around midnight and they gave us another suite that is larger and more spacious and a good view even though still a uncleaned here and there. But it works. Just wished they have done that in the first place.

Convenient location and the breakfast spread is great. Just the free parking lots on site is limited and we got parked and walked a few minutes from the hotel. And, it will be great to have a fitness room in the property!

Big Room Comfortable beds Washing machine and functional kitchen in room Hot bath within hotel Quiet No bathtub Lots of parking lots but paid No blackout curtains

The Japanese breakfast was super but it is also very crowded. I was told the Western breakfast is just as good. Can do with more upgrades but I know they are already doing it to one wing.
-
I appreciate that the room comes with a mini kitchen, and the location is conveniently close to JR Hakodate Station. None so far
-
The additional parking was slightly far away.
-
I stayed in the old wing, so rooms were small

The western breakfast which we had as we are vegetarians was good. We had an few options. The room was dated and very shabby. We called the front desk person to show him our room and he acknowledged it but did not offer to change our room. Maybe all the rooms were like this. The towels were worn out and old. The kitchenette was not well equipped. For example we had no dish washing soap, which is a basic necessity if you have a kitchen. We were in Japan for 30 days and this was the only hotel we had a bad experience in. It is rated as a 4 star hotel but I would not give it even 2 stars.

Great onsen and good breakfast. Location was okay since good busses in the city. Rooms are small as others have said.
-
The japanese breakfast was exceptional.

Room = meets expectations Breakfast = highlight of my stay, food selection exceeded expectations and overall experience was pleasant Sento = another highlight; facility shows ageing but decently maintained. Hotel store = I liked the wood dolls and I should have bought one!

Breakfast the best. Checking took longer than expected, waited in the queue.
