The place is a little dated but it was still pretty good. My second time staying here. It's a 10-minute walk to the station, lots of food places and convenience stores around. We took walks on the beach that's also close by. There is a smell in the hotel and in our rooms.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. None

Clean hotel, they provide also free bicycles. Just the room furniture was old.

You can get manga from downstairs. They also have lotion and aftershave plus anything else you may need for your stay. At night you also get free ramen that was super tasty. Everything was clean.

The staff are so warm, welcoming and professional! The young gentlemen restocking the amenities area and assisting the front desk were kind, gentle and helpful. The breakfast was beautifully presented with care and tended to with pride. Anu was lovely; she and the other lady overseeing the breakfast buffet were wonderful and worked hard to keep the food well-stocked and fresh. 10 PM ramen was such fun! The room was spacious and the shower was hot with good pressure. The WiFi was fine - I saw some complaints in prior reviews but we had no issue whatsoever with WiFi strength. We will return to this hotel and highly recommend. Thank you for a nice stay! The room was dated - a bit tired looking - but very clean and charming to us.

I got a two person room and it was the biggest I have seen in Japan by far. They have a bikes for rent but they do not rent them at night, that paired with Hakodate's small public transport system and the fact that the sun goes down quite early in Hokkaido results in a missed opportunity that will have you walking everywhere.

It's very valuable to the cost they charge. The hotel is a bit old, but still clean and good for a short stay. Not that far away from the JR Hakodate Station. Only 700m from the Station and the Nightlife area. Free Ramen at 22.00-00.00, which was great. Free soft drink at the late afternoon until late night as well. Very Good. The hotel is a bit old.

The hotel has a great breakfast with a variety of seafood. The staff was very friendly, even allowing us to play ping pong on a table on the second floor. We rented a car and parking was plentiful and free. It is far from the station, so people without a car may find it difficult to get to.
