I do like your hospitality service. We stayed 2 nights, travelling 3-4 places around Hakuba. Your front desk and what apps service always ask us for every help. We very enjoy to stay at your hotel and will be back on winter. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. All atmosphere was peaceful. Thanks for giving us a pleasure stay. Nothing, everything is perfect.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. Restaurant staffs (Kacee and Yudai San at Gio’s) went out of their way to get our breakfast packed and ready for us to takeaway so we can checkout early to catch our Shinkansen to Tokyo. Weather was wet/drizzling, the front desk even helped us call the tourist facilities to check if they were open! Thank you!! Everything was wonderful!

Friendly staff, great location, excellent breakfast, and very clean! Spacious rooms with comfy bed and pillows. Also, enjoyed the complimentary beverages in the room fridge. Nothing! It was great!

Very comfortable hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The onsen was nice and the breakfast buffe provided very good. A short walk to the ski slopes but the hotel provides a shuttle service. The was no air-conditioning in the room (only heating). Generally, not a problem during winter but given we had warm spring temperatures during our stay the room was a bit warm at night.

This place was incredible!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The shuttle service was very helpful for coming and going from the train station and to various activities. The onsen was clean and relaxing. There was laundry available for use. Games outdoors and indoors. Just amazing. Nothing

It seems that the hotel was recently renovated, and everything was very clean and attractive. Good location. We arrived a little after 7:30 pm. The restaurant had already taken last orders, but the staff were very helpful about locating a restaurant that was still serving dinner and provided shuttle transportation, which made it very convenient. The hotel's restaurant, Gio's, has great food and a pleasant atmosphere. This hotel does not have terminals for paying by credit card, so guests have to pay online. I found it difficult to do the online payment on my iPhone at checkout. The first time, the credit card authorization failed, and I had to redo it. If there had been a credit card terminal, the authorization would have taken about 15 seconds. Instead, it took 15 minutes. I wondered why the hotel didn't have a credit card terminal (I've never encountered this situation at a hotel before). The clerk's explanation was that the Hakuba Group operates many properties and would need "about 30 terminals" if they used terminals. Her explanation sounded dubious to me: Many businesses have multiple outlets, but they have credit card payment terminals at all of the points where customers make payments.
