the room was fantastic, nice big ensuite, tv with Netflix, air conditioning, clean! The hosts were very friendly and accomodating, they helped to pick us up from Cat Ba when we’re stranded because there was no grabs in the area. nothing, I have no criticism.

I had a very comfortable, relaxing time here! It looks exactly like the picturs, very clean room, I had an amazing breakfast and the staff was so friendly! Would really recommend ? Nothing

Arrived in the middle of the night but they were kind to let us check in early. The location wasn't the best. You would probably want to stay more towards the city center. There were no open shops, and quite far from the nearest restaurants. We got our laundry done here as well which worked alright, no big issues.

Really lovely owners! The room was clean, modern and had great facilities. The location was okay, it was near to the market and some beachfront bars. However, area itself was very quiet and practically dead at night. Had to get a taxi to get near to halong bay. The best part of the stay, was the owners beautiful dog 'meow'! The first morning we were woken up early by building works. However, this isn't the owners fault and the next nights we just used ear plugs. Also, you can hear the music from the beach bars, but it usually stops around midnight.

Lovely hotel, friendly family who runs the hotel are gentle and helpful when needed. Two didn't speak English but if the English speaking staff (daughter ? ) wasn't there, she was very easily reachable via phone whenever needed. Google translate was also perfectly fine for communicating. They were great at accommodating my needs and changes to my itinerary, and helped book the ha long bay tour and transport back to hanoi. The Banh mi was also yummy. They have a really adorable and friendly dog. Overall it was a great stay. Lots of food stalls / restaurants nearby , I went during off season so it was very quiet.
