Rooms are really clean and comfortable. The breakfast service is not really good due to the Tet Holiday therefore the staff is not fully enough to serve during these days.

I felt at home as soon as I entered the room! A beautiful big bed in the middle of the room, which was incredibly cozy :) it was also very clean, someone came every day and brought fresh towels and there was also a small bottle of water every day for free!!! The staff is super nice and helpful! I would come back anytime!

The hotel and room was very pretty and clean. It was literally everything you need and was very luxurious considering the price. The staff was super nice and very helpful with everything we needed from organizing a bike, a taxi and adjusting the length of our stay there. Most of them do not really speak English but they tried everything from translator to providing some sort of interpreter to help us. Nothing about the hotel itself but we were quite disappointed by the area. This has nothing to do with the hotel or their service but from the reviews here and also on Google (which are all from Vietnamese folks and all the same, as we saw afterwards) it was not apparent that the hotel is in the middle of a complete ghost town. Ha Long is mostly completely empty and abandoned, there are almost no people there. But again, this is not the fault of the hotel or the very kind people there.
