Comfortable and spacious room, we had trouble ordering food for dinner because google translate was not working with menu descriptions but it was more funny than problematic! Products available in the bathroom and the towels smelled super good! It is only 5 minutes walking distance from SunWorld park :) Also a lot of restaurants, pubs and coffee places + bakery around. The lady working in the morning was joyful and had good English Gets noisy in the streets at 6:30 and the beautiful window is not soundproof so bring earplugs or sleep early :)

Facilities are quite old, but reasonable for the price

Location, Accommodation and staff. Staff are super accommodating and helpful. I found a lost dog during the storm and they help post photo of the dog on facebook to find the owner — nobody responded to the post :( They helped me take Care of the dog until I found someone who can adopt dog. Overall, this place is nice and comfortable. I always stay here when I have time off. Thanks Hien and team. You are all amazing.

Great location. It took the wind out of us to get up the stairs but we made it. Good thing we didn’t have much luggage. Clerk was kind. Comfy bed. Great shower. Not everything listed on ‘amenities’ is 100% accurate - bbq? Terrace? Kitchenette? But it was great value! I’d stay there again.

Short stay to catch ferry for next day. Best location as it’s close to everything

Amazing bunch of staff who did everything possible to make my stay great. Even locked up my bike of an evening.

It's in a very good location. Shops, a bakery, and a hairdresser are nearby. The street and the room are both very charming.

-Allowed us to check in at 11am, we arrived at 7am as our bus was 4 hours early so we really appreciated the early check in. -Good location. -Large rooms. Lots of space to store clothes etc. -Kettle in room. -Young lady who helped us with check in was very kind, the older lady with her was not. -Not very soundproof. We were 3 floors up and could hear people on the street spitting. Horns honking constantly and random music in the evening. The horns woke us up. -The shower was not the best.

The room is nice and confortable and the staff of the restaurant is friendly. The location is great The only thing not good in the room is that the drain is not well placed because the floor is tilted but the drain is not at the bottom. This involves stagnant water behind the toilet and therefore bad odors. You don't realize it when you arrive because the room is open and the fans are running but the smell rises quickly after a shower. Additionally, we were told that there was a secure place to store our two bikes but when we arrived, we were told to leave them outside and that they would only be brought in at night. And so we shouldn't not lock them up for the staff being able to move them. It could have been satisfactory if only we had been warned in advance. Here, it's a little embarrassing and not very reassuring when you travel. Even if Vietnam is safe, in a tourist area a problem can quickly arise
