Perfect stay. 5 stars all around. Great rooftop swimming pool. Great service. Good coffee with breakfast would have been nice. We complimented the breakfast with nice latte coffees at the bar but it should really be included in a 5 stars hotel.

Beautiful property in a great location. The infinity rooftop pool and bar was wonderful. The room was very spacious and well kept. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very modern and comfortable. Nice view. Great gym and pool (just freezing in March, good for a cold post-run plunge though). Decent breakfast buffet. Great value! The concierge and customer service via whatsapp was also amazing - such an easy and extremely helpful service. We were able view some tour options, book a massage, get car transfers to and from Hanoi. Seemed to be a bit far from things. Although, I think everything seemed quite spaced out in Halong Bay in general. So not a huge flaw. Just took a grab to most places.

Husband and I came on our honeymoon and spent our last night in Hanoi, our only regret was that we didn’t spend more time here. We spent 2 weeks in Vietnam and this was by far the best hospitality we had, everybody was so friendly and gave us the absolute best recommendations possible for egg coffee, shopping, food and their spa was impeccable. Can’t wait to come back and stay again. Would not change a thing, it was lovely.

Location was perfect. View was awesome from the sky bar. Bed was comfy. Had the do not disturb sign on so toilet tissue and water were not replaced. When we asked for water on our second day, it never came. Also, my phone plug in stopped working and the amenities were supposed to include a loaner adapter, the staff said there wasn't any adapters.

Amazing value. Room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Infinity pool at sky bar was nice. We noticed the tables in the dining area were not wiped clean. There were placemats there so it wasn’t terrible, but could be improved

The hotel is clean. Nice size rooms (we booked two rooms. One for our 14 years old triplets and one for us through Booking.com). Upon arrival, our two rooms were on the same floor. But we couldn’t have adjoining rooms. Which as a bit disappointed.
