The staff really needs better training to be professional, and the checkout process and the elevator are awful.

It’s nice and big and has lots of things On checkout day, they inspected the room and claimed I had taken a bathrobe that was never there since my check-in. They held me up for quite a while, checking with other departments and wanting to charge me for something I didn’t take. Additionally, the hotel was very crowded, and I had to wait a long time for the elevator—there are only four, and they were always full, which is not enough for such a large building.

Nothing to like , We booked a family suite , the room was tired looking and dirty , we changed to a cheaper smaller room but was charged for the family suite we did not stay in The staff in reception would not charge the correct rate and cheated us . since they kept our luggage we had no option but to pay what they demanded

We booked a penthouse suite. The size of the room is great, but the decor is gloomy and utterly basic. It’s a self-proclaimed luxury hotel without the luxury experience. The receptions are the most unwelcoming and unfriendly people. We got stuck in the hot elevator for 30 minutes, and once we got rescued, no apologies, were mentioned. There is a beach bar near the hotel that plays loud music until 1-2 am, which makes it difficult to sleep. The staffs need to be better trained in customer service to serve International clients. In other words, Ha Long is progressing fast but their customer service is behind. In sum, we had an average hotel. The staffs need to be more friendly. People who pay for a penthouse has to have a more pampered experience rather than feeling like they booked an inexpensive room.

One of us in the group made a complaint about one of the serving staff at breakfast, after which the rest of the staff did their best to pacify the complaint. View and location was great, fortunately the roller coaster was not too noisy but in the night you can hear the noise from across the road from the bars.

We felt not good for sleeping, loundy noise outside at the midnight and even in the early morning (5am); I've been stuck in the bathroom because the lock cannot work.

Breakfast was quite good. Staffs are not professional. There were lot of insects in my room.

It was way too loud in the evening and at night because of the loud music, heavy bass from the bars at the beach

We did like leaving this hotel The buffet breakfast was terrible The noise at night till 1am from the loudest speakers you could imagine kids couldn't sleep neither could parents. Beds are average Charged us to use the tea spoons Food was below par even if it was a 3 star ?

Great location to get to the theme park and water park. Very smelly room and hallway, due to carpet. Elevators are horrible. They dont work properly and skip floors occasionally. The hotel handle big group very poorly

Everyone was very helpful and kind, the building is very beautiful.

The pool was big. The breakfast buffet was decent. We stayed in one of their executive suites. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny. The suite could be cleaner. The front staffs are not efficient or helpful much. The cleaning staffs yelled loudly when we asked for some missing towels, they thought we couldn’t understand them. The other guests there are always obnoxiously loud and have poor manners.
