Friendly staff, nicely furnished public areas, and fast elevators. The free breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of items. Location is quiet & only a short, easy car ride to Tuan Chau cruise port.

Excellent value for money, clean and spacious room. Breakfast options were lacking, location is a bit far from the main area to walk but cheap enough to get a taxi/Grab

Construction noise across the street was too loud so they moved us to a quieter room, dirty tea cup was replaced, missing hand towels were provided. Breakfast was ok. Arranged our taxi ride to cruise terminal was nice.

Just stayed for a night, was very comfortable and the rooms were super spacious. We arrived quite early around 3 am due to a night transfer and the staff are available 24/7 for check-in.

The reception and pool Staff had no interest in the guests. No information on arrival. Lack of basics in the room. Food was poor and lacking in variety. Area was a building site.

Exceptional value - very cheap for the quality of the room. Very large and spacious. Bathroom was excellent too. Booked during low season so it felt like we had the entire floor to ourselves. Being on the 11th floor is was whisper silent. Couldn't hear the traffic from up here. I needed laundry urgently and they were able to accommodate it within a few hours. Extremely happy with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Lobby was nice and bedroom was decent The breakfast had very limited options. Customers service could have been better. There were stains on the chairs in our room.

The room was huge and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also served breakfast to our room on our last day. The surrounding don’t really have food. There is also no night life. Room doesn’t have Netflix, so we couldn’t watch anything as well. The shampoo smells funny too.
