It was in a good location The staff member that we saw was friendly Beds were awful! Rock hard and woke up with a bad back. The key card didn’t work on 2 occasions and as it was TET there was no one about. This happened the second time when we went out for breakfast and told the staff we will be back in an hour to collect our bags as we were going on a cruise. Just over an hour had past and when we went back to the hotel out of 3 rooms we had, none of the keys worked and all our stuff was inside the rooms We rang the number in the reception area but due to language barrier it was very confusing. Eventually it was dealt with and we grabbed our bags before jumping in a taxi and getting to the boat terminal literally 5 minutes before the boat left. Very stressful situation.

Great in general. Quiet area. Friendly and professional staff The toilet is slightly small. Owner please consider building a glassdoor for showering.

Room was spacious, looks like the pictures, and it was located in a quite area. The employee managing the reception is friendly and provide me good options for the 2 days and 1 night tour in Halong Bay. WiFi speed in the room was not the best.

Our room was large with all the amenities we could need. Fridge, hairdryer, kettle and tv with english channels. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants, with about 5 coffee shops all within 100m. Even an elevator to save your tired legs. Just that everything got wet after a shower as its next to thr vanity.
