Our stay was excellent. The hotel was wonderful, the breakfast was very complete with a great variety of options, and the view from the room was definitely the highlight. Everything was very well maintained, and we truly enjoyed the experience. We honestly have nothing negative to say.

We were upgraded to a bay view room but almost wish that we weren't. Every single night the club at the front of the hotel is SO loud it feels like they're right beside you. The spa in the hotel was also subpar. They are late to open, slow to move, and it did not feel like a luxe experience. You can get a better spa experience in Sapa than here.

The room was nice Everything was closed—the spa, the rooftop bar. We went to the restaurant the first night, and it took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. They were out of nearly everything, then another 30 minutes passed before anyone came to take our order. It took about 45 minutes to get our food, and when it finally came, it tasted so bad we took one bite, paid the bill, and left to find food elsewhere. We wanted to book spa treatments, but the spa was closed. The staff mentioned the rooftop bar, so we went to check it out and relax with a drink—but that was closed too. Overall, it was completely overpriced and didn’t come close to what you’d expect from a 4- or 5-star hotel.

The breakfast was EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express how pleased me and my family were with the quality and selection of the breakfast buffet. It was world class A+++++++++++++++++= EVERYTHING was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The upgraded room was AMAZING! It was a very beautiful and spacious room that provided a great view. This was perhaps one of the very best rooms I have every stayed in! The hotel food was very disappointing compared to the luxury of the rooms. I ordered a steak that came out long before my wife's food (she had to wait) and was so overcooked that it was basically like chewing on rubber. The steak was way overpriced for being a small and poorly cooked as it was.

My stay was good. I received an upgrade, so the room was quite spacious. I especially enjoyed the view of One Theme Park from my balcony. The bathroom and toilet were also impressively large. Unfortunately, I arrived very late due to a flight delay, so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities or experience the breakfast, as I had to check out the next morning. However, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my short stay.
