Great and comfortable hotel with kind staff that helped us book all of our adventures. Location is bizarre as there were no people nearby and very few restaurants. It was basically a strip of never ending empty hotels and strange European architecture. Spooky, but an interesting experience. Maybe just not the high season? Not sure, but the hotel itself is great.

Awesome room. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable beds. We got free water bottles. We arranged a laundry service with the hotel which was nice. The neighborhood is under construction, and very few restaurants were opened. We had to walk about 20 min to get to another neighborhood to get something to eat.

The price is reasonable for a comfortable and big room. The facilities are equipped. The staff was friendly and helped me book the Halong Bay tour and the van to Hanoi.

It was perfect! Modern and comfortable room, much needed after trekking everywhere. Nice location close to the beach. No breakfast but marts close by and restaurants when you go towards the main beach.

everything is perfect. all the facilities are new, clean and work properly. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the price is quite low, so it's a good option if you are going to spend a few days in this town.
