I highly recommend this establishment. We were able to arrive late at night. Thao welcomed us very warmly. The room is clean and very well-equipped. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. Thank you very much to Hung and Thao for their hospitality. Also, we were able to do our laundry in one morning directly at the hotel and our clothes smelled incredibly good.

Nothing EVERYTHING!! Severe staff harassment!! Different staff chasing me around the lobby, begging, forcing me to rate them 10 stars, even offering me refunds and discounts etc and asking me not to rate them here etc. Just an embarrassment. Worst hotel experience I've ever had!

This was an extremely well presented and comfortable hotel offering fantastic value for money. Conveniently located in the heart of Ha Longs new development area it was the ideal spot to access the International Cruise Port for tours and trips around Ha Longs Heritage Bay (1.2Km away). All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful which is important, especially when offering advice on a range of suggestions for places to dinner.
