The owner does every thing in the hotel. There is no staff and the hotel was closed and locked when we arrived. I am the only guest at that time. This is a new hotel so everything is new, clean and comfortable. I went out and at night we locked the front door because there is no staff or any guardians. After we checkout, the hotel does not keep our luggage. They lock all the doors and put our belongings in the hotel next to us. So I do recommend if you want more professional service, book the next door hotel instead.
