Nice location right in the heart of Hafencity. Quirky, but comfortable hotel and you get your own plush seagull to comfort you at night - SCHLAFMÖWE! I think the door to our room was faulty. A lot of noise from the hall came through.

Almost everything looks fantastic with us . The location is pretty good for tourism purposes. I don't know if it's the normal practice.but the room is been clean every other day. But it wasn't bad at all.

Geniales Ambiente mit liebevoller und stylischer Einrichtung. Tolle Zimmer, Bäder und Gemeinschaftsräume. Beim Frühstück selbst zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage an der Speicherstadt ist ebenfalls super. Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut wenngleich das für diesen Aufpreis auch besser der Fall sein sollte. Die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe und der Umgang damit äußerst unprofessionell. Nur ein kleiner Teil der Parkplätze ist für Hotelgäste (Preislich ok). Wenn man nun reinfährt kommt man nicht wieder raus ohne die Parkkarte an der Rezeption zu entwerten d.h. man muss zwangsläufig sein Fahrzeug ins Halteverbot stellen und schnell zur Rezeption laufen. Nach 8h Anreise mit Auto wird man dann recht pampig empfangen mit „möchtest DU parken oder einchecken“. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse wünsche ich mir einen wesentlich professionelleren Umgang. Klar das Personal ist freundlich aber mit dem duzen und dem überforderten Empfang sollte man definitiv nochmal nachbessern. Frühstück hab ich für 2 Zimmer und 3 Personen gebucht und es war auch jedesmal eine Zitterpartie dass man dann auch wirklich zum Frühstück kommt also auch da ist mehr Routine dringend vonnöten. Reinigung alle 2 Tage ist in dieser Preisklasse auch ein No Go und hat nichts mit Umweltschutz zu tun.

Charming, hipster hotel that had helpful amenities in the room - a cute bag for travel, complimentary wine and water, delicious coffee, fun candy bar in the lobby, and a delicious breakfast!
