the hotel was a little bit out of the city but with UBA it was easy and accessible. The breakfast was good but was not impressed with what was first presented for fried eggs. The eggs were way over cooked for fried eggs. These should be available on request. the bacon was also way too crispy

Near to most of the places we visited . In fact we only used our Hamburg card once and some to get discounts! The breakfast was very good! A lot of good varieties to choose from! The coffees were excellent too! Most of all, the friendly, attentive and thoughtful staff The bathroom and shower set up! I find it odd ! If one is in the shower and then someone knock at the door, the first thing they can see is your naked body I suggest that a curtain be set up on both sides of the shower. Second is the elevator and door set up. My kids had to call us so they can come to our room because they have no access to our floor and it’s likewise , we cannot enter their floor without their card. But these things did not bother us because we were very satisfied with the overall experience and quality of our stay in Ameron
