The location was great, we have reached the favourite places easily. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind. Just bat hroom could be a little bit big :)

Superb location! Friendly and truly helpful staff for this physically-handicapped individual/guest. Perhaps better (more instructive?) signage at the Hotel’s entrances as to “handicapped” persons and their enablement of pulling along/moving their luggage? We had a (smallish) problem in this regard as we arrived to Hotel One several days ago.

Located very centrally, posh interior, amazing breakfast! I was particularly grateful for a normal bathroom with a closeable door, as I've had a couple of horrible stays in different hotels lately that were into this newfangled open concept without doors - or worse - with windows into the living space. Showerhead was awkwardly positioned - if in the holder, it soaked the entire bathroom, so it had to be held manually while showering.

The bar is so beautiful, and the drinks exceptional. Location is the best. Centre. And the subway is exactly in front of the hotel

The balcony was really nice and the room stylish. Bathroom was also very nice and modern. The big screen tv in the middle of the room / at the end of the bed was a bit too dominating for the small room. Small speakers with bluetooth for music would be much more cozy.

The location and the lobby lounge The rooms are uncomfortably small!I was charged u usually high prices - a colleague who booked a few days later received much lower rates. I also got charged for items that I did not consume.

Small for 2 persons with luggage. No coffee or tea in room

Limited parking; electric charging stations were mostly blocked by cars not charging. Breakfast in large foyer was not really comfortable and inviting. Rooms sizes are ok for short stay. No wardrobe, only limited number of hangers.

Location. Parking was expensive, also the breakfast was pricey which is why I chose not to include it.

Location was perfect. The amenities in the bathroom were not sufficient, there were no cotton swabs etc. When my room was cleaned, they threw my pijamas wherever they first found them instead of placing them back on the bed.

The location of the Hotel was very convenient. There is a train stop literally 5 meters away from the Hotel's exit. It's also very close to the main city center and you can easily reach them in five minutes tops by walk. The reception personnel was a very friendly lady, she showed us all the tourist attraction points on the map and made very decent restaurant/street food destination recommendations. Although the room was a little bit smaller than expected w.r.t. this pricepoint, but it was very comfy. Wireless connection was really fast and free. All and all, I would definitely recommend and would personally reconsider another stay in the future. The room could be a little bigger in size. The room was a little cold, and we could not manage to crank up the heat.
