Central location in upscale neighbourhood. The shower was great. Air condition mysteriously stop working mid night need resetting by hotrel staff everytime. That was annoying..

Clean Location Staff: Staff were generally unhelpful and did not appear to be adequately trained to handle guest concerns or resolve issues effectively. Room Temperature: The air conditioning was ineffective, and the room remained uncomfortably warm despite setting the thermostat to 17°C. Management: Management was polite but did not provide meaningful solutions to the problems raised. Noise: Significant noise from the neighboring room disrupted our sleep on multiple nights, and the issue was not resolved despite repeated complaints.

Location Clean The hotel itself is nice, but our experience was overshadowed by poor handling of a serious noise complaint. Children in the room next to ours were running, repeatedly banging on the shared wall, with loud laughter and conversation continuing past midnight. We called reception twice, but nothing changed. Eventually, I had to knock on the neighbors' door myself because the hotel failed to intervene effectively. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none was available. The only solution offered was for us to move rooms after midnight—even though we had already unpacked and settled in. Meanwhile, the disruptive guests remained where they were. What disappointed me most was not the noise itself, but the hotel's response. Guests should not have to repeatedly complain or resolve disturbances on their own. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected staff to enforce quiet hours and handle the situation professionally. The food was good and many aspects of the hotel were enjoyable, but the lack of customer service and failure to address a legitimate complaint left a very poor impression. I would not stay here again unless their approach to guest disturbances improves.

Even with the thermostat set to 17°C, the air conditioning was unable to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving the room warm throughout the day and night and affecting our comfort and sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak and unreliable, with frequent interruptions. A restful night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, the noise remained an issue even after speaking directly with the manager and spending nearly 15 minutes asking for effective action. I was told the neighboring guests had promised to be quieter. While the loud conversations stopped, the children continued running around the room and repeatedly slamming doors and banging on the shared wall. The most disappointing part was the hotel's response. Apart from offering complimentary breakfast, no meaningful solution was provided. I was told the guests could not be relocated, and no effective alternative was offered. The problem was not simply the noise—it was the lack of effective action to resolve it. I expected a much higher standard of customer service and guest care.
