Good location. Convenient hotel parking, although reservations are not possible. The staff recommends other parking options in the area and is generally very helpful. The room and bed are comfortable. Peeling wallpaper and worn baseboards are an unpleasant sight in a hotel of this caliber. A feature, not a drawback: the semi-open bathroom with frosted glass between the shower and the room.

Nice hotel in a wonder location. Amiable and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. The modern concept of the bathroom wasn't compatible with our needs.Too much openness and transparency in the design.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the main station and in the very center so it's easy to walk everywhere or to take public transport. Rooms are big and very comfortable. I will definitely come back when in Hamburg. Cleaning can be a bit better.

Good when travelling with kids and dog as both kids bed and bowls for the dog had been foreseen. Good spacious room with a modern feel. EXTREMELY loud fan/ventilation going all the time with no possibility to turn it off. We did not sleep all night. Staff all seemed like they would have preferred to be somewhere else.

Near lake and station. Clean. Good fast lifts. Four room defects on arrival including a safe that needed eplacing. Unreliable reception info. Bar closed all Sunday...we were told....despite advertised opening. Room lighting dim...and corridors. Air con had a mind of its own. Shower area in bed area with axstripnifvfrosted glass unacceptable.

Very well position. Beds are super comfortable. Sound isolation is perfect. Breakfast has a lot of variety and has good quality. Staff is always ready to help and friendly. What else can one hope for? :) The AC was not easy to turn off but with guidance from the reception, we managed to switch it off. It would start automatically though. We would prefer to get fresh air from outside and turn the AC completely off. The price was a little too high for our budget but it should be because of the period.

Central location but just enough to the side for the city center that it felt more private. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, great size. Service was exceptional. Easy check in and out.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful - both in the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms were spacious with lots of pillows that weren't too hard and nice big beds. The showers were great, but might be a bit revealing for people who don't know each other well. 5 minutes walk from the main station and the in hotel restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. There were little flies in the restaurant that annoyed me, but it's been warm and wet so I'm not sure if they could do anything about it.
