The location is amazing, a block and a half away from the main train station with U bahn and bus stops, a block and a half away from the Kunsthalle and parks and the lake. There was no information provided in advance regarding check in process. We arrived in the evening and the hotel was locked. There were some posters saying we could call 4 phone numbers, I tried 3 of them and no one picked up, on the fourth the person on the phone gave me a code for a lock box where our room key was. The hotel didn’t have elevator (maybe this was stated in the info and we didn’t remember). We were there for 3 nights and no one made the rooms during our stay. Be prepared to share the room with a few spiders.

Location was good Door handle was broken. We had hard time to ooen it inside. Reception wasnt working at 10 am.

Is close enough to the central station Rooms have everything you need for a short stay, bed comfortable, no noise There is wifi as well The reception works weirdly. We arrived around 11 am and it was closed, no one in the reception. In the door there is a paper with contact numbers and we had to call them. At the end it was the cleaning lady who opened the door for us. We could leave our luggage but there was no one Reception opens at 13h00 it seems

Great location - near the train station. Friendly staff at check in. Room was basic, but clean. Can't complain. The pillow was terrible. No lift - not great for older guests. No major flaws though.

Amazing location, nice staff at reception, clean room and bathroom. Towels are changed everyday. There was a TV in the room, but not a single channel available to watch any television.
