The receptionist ripped me off with 25 EUR upon our leave, and we were in a hurry to get to the airport so we had no chance but to pay. Apparently we booked wrong number of guests. When we came, the receptionist said it was no problem and we paid upfront. Upon our leave the new receptionist would not let us leave until we paid an additional EUR 25. We tried to explain the situation but he would not listen to us. Total no go to charge additional money upon leave in my opinion. Especially when we already spoke to the personnel about the case when we arrived.

Very basic standard. Friendly staff, clean room - perfect budget choice if you need somewhere to sleep near Hamburg Hbf. Beds could have been comfier.

A good breakfast with sufficient choices was included and my single room was compact but pleasant. I enjoyed sunshine through windows you could have open. Only German channels on TV available. Television with BBC news or CNN or other English language channels to keep up with news would be an improvement.

Excellent location Room was very small. Double bed seemed like a small double, and was only accessible from one side as it had to be against the wall as room so small.

Very friendly stuff. Thanks to everyone in there for hospitality. Location was excellent. Even tho it was 10 min walk from Hauptbahnhof, the area was nice and clean. Space in the room. For three - four people it is very comfortable as the area on the two beds is separated by the door you basically get two rooms in one with a lot of space for all luggage and specious bathroom. Breakfast was really nice for such a small hotel. We had all we need and even more. The closing system of the door with the key nowadays is not the most secure thing, but we didn’t have any feeling of not being safe neither we were afraid that our stuff will be stolen. Breakfast buffet deserves a little coffee machine and ToGo cups (which maybe were there but I haven’t noticed).

the location is good, near the metro and in a quite road. The breakfast is basic but good. price was correct. the room is extremely small. I had to fold the suit-case because there would have been no space for moving... cleanliness was not very accurate.
