Near the station Terrible pillows,full of lumps. ..like pillows that have we used for years We find the again the staff checking us in are nice...and he found me a kettle but said,he was to save them for guests with medicine to take...so I said my medicine is tea...I think he was nervous giving me the little kettle,so I returned it the morning. So since things like this keep happening,we are not booking any more of your hotels for the next 2 weeks of our holiday.Sorry.

By joining the HH rewards program, we had access to free transit passes for the duration of our stay, free high speed internet and discount tickets to Miniature World and assorted cruises. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of food and beverage choices. There was also hot food available. The hotel was within walking distance of many attractions, e.g. Hamburger Kunsthalle, Jungfernstieg and Aussenalster. The free transit passes would be handy for getting to Hafencity and other attractions if you did not feel like driving. The fridge in the room did not work. Parking cost 25 Euros per day. We were lucky enough to find street parking not too far from the hotel.

Proximity to the train station. Purchased Breakfast plan, convenient but nothing special. A/C worked? But, like most of Europe, not very comfortable temperature due to very limited settings. Shower door leaked badly 1st day, addressed and was 95% fixed before the next day. Seemed very pricey for overall experience.

The location is great. I needed some dental work and booked two more days, i didnt have to check out and back in. They let me stay in the room i was in and keep my things there while i had a quick dental procedure. Nothing really

Lack of shower seal caused flood. Floor and rug were dirty. Lack of air conditioning. Pillows were terrible.
