Our shower was dirty and mouldy

Check in is at 15:00 which is too late, it kills your all day. Self check in could be problem because some machines not working properly.
-
Lack of background checks on guests staying in mixed dorms
-
It‘s clean, near to train station and with a friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the stay was quite difficult due to noise and comfort issues. The hotel is located next to a skatepark that was loud well past midnight, and a busy three-lane road meant car honking early in the morning. Since there is no AC in the rooms, opening the windows for ventilation made sleeping nearly impossible. On a more positive note, the room itself appeared generally clean, though the windows were noticeably dirty. Would not recommend for light sleepers or those visiting in warm weather.

You need A/C.

The beds weren't very comfortable, there was no kind of ventilation in the room, and when you open the windows it gets very noisy and difficult to sleep, because the hostel is on a very busy street.
-
Access to kitchen and a fridge cheap place bar played world cup games food and drink available in lobby clean rooms we were there when it was hot and because there was no fan or ac and our room faced south, it was incredibly hot in the room! hallways could use cleaning lots of teenagers who were very loud construction outside the window in the morning

Good location and price. Many activities on ground floor. Small room.
-
Some guests can be a quiet messy, but that’s not really something the hostel can control.

Cleanliness
-
the position was great for two tourists, you can reach all objectives in a timely manner via the next door Berliner Tor station. we had minimum interaction with the staff since we did the self check-in. the breakfast was diverse. The windows were not soundproof which meant we heard the traffic non-stop.
-
The usb charging port at my bed didnt work, so I had to use one of the wall sockets.
-
nothing spacial Breakfast

The location was great. Nice comfortable room and lovely staff The kitchen was difficult to use and not easy to have to go get dishes every time!
-
Location There is obviously an issue with the booking system as our dorm was full but the staff kept sending more people in to claim beds that were already in use. I booked my bed for 3 nights, and the staff tried to kick me out after 1 night so they could give it to another person. Very annoying when you are sleeping and new comers try to jump on bed with you because the staff can't organise basic bookings.
